The Spanish client simply put forward some basic requirements: having a modern European style as the basis of the design. Based on these expectations, we come up with an overall designing strategy – keeping the classic style of the furniture with a contemporary spin and building a modern staircase connecting each floor in order to enhance the space. The zigzag mono-stringer staircase with its steel spin and classic teak wood steps successfully gives a modern architectural touch to the design and becomes the highlight for the entire house.
